The Day of Installation
- The job will take 1 full day unless otherwise notified.
- We arrive on site between 8-10am unless otherwise notified.
- Installers will do a pre job walkthrough upon arrival at your home.
- We require a decision maker on site for the first 20 minutes of the job so that we can run over venting/line set routes.
- If financing we require the person named on the loan to sign all paperwork on the day of the installation either at the beginning or end of the installation and to provide a void cheque or PAD form.
- Once the installation is complete we will run through the installation and how to work your new equipment.
- If you are purchasing the equipment the final balance is due upon completion of the installation at the end of the day via Visa, Mastercard or Cheque.
Referral Program
- If you refer us to a friend or family then you will receive a cheque for $250.
- Your friend or family must complete an installation in order for you to qualify.
- Installers will do a pre job walkthrough upon arrival at your home.
- Your friend or family must mention your name at the time of quotation in order to qualify.
- Please allow up to 90 days from the date of their installation to receive your referral bonus.
Permits
- If necessary for your installation a permit will be pulled and paid for by us.
- Once the job is completed we will contact you within 3 weeks to arrange for your final city inspection (If your city is located within the safety authorities jurisdiction we will automatically close your permit and if they wish to inspect they will contact you directly, they will not inspect all jobs).
- Upon completion of the inspection they will either pass or fail the inspection, if they fail please contact us so we may arrange to make the changes and re close the permit asap.
Rebates (Tankless)
- We will bring the application form with us on the day of installation with all contractor areas completed by us.
- You the customer to complete customer portion – make sure the Fortis account holder is the person named on application.
- Please complete and provide the application for to the installers.
- We will complete and process the application on your behalf.
- The rebate cheque will come back to you directly up to 90 days later.
- If you receive a notification from Fortis regarding your rebate please contact our office.
Rebates (Furnaces)
- We will bring the application form with us on the day of installation with all contractor areas completed by us.
