We had an old unit and when it stopped working we called Tek Climate. A serviceman was at our house that morning and gave us options as to what could be done. We opted to see what I new unit could do for us. A salesman came out that afternoon and went through the differences in the units and gave us payment options. He was very professional, wanted what was best for our home and wanted us to be comfortable with our decision. The installers were just as efficient and professional. They also did a good job explaining how to set the new thermostat. They have done a nice job following up and answering our questions.
