TEK Climate In White Rock

Had the heat pump installed two years ago. No issue so far. Tek was responsive and answered our questions promptly. I had no issues when they needed to reschedule our maintenance time.

Tek Climate installed a new furnace for me in December of 2021 and I was very impressed with everyone involved, from the sales rep to the office staff and installation team. I required some repairs the past week and cannot say enough about Chris, the owner. He was extremely helpful and covered all the bases in making sure my furnace was working efficiently. He is professional and very considerate (much appreciated as a senior and widow whose husband used to tend to these types of things). I am grateful to Chris for all his help and also to Mae and Louisa for assisting me each time I called the office. Thank you all so much. I highly recommend Tek Climate.

End of 2025 update: Units run great. Lots of self-learning, however, these units were installed well and have 100% held up. The quality of workmanship is still on point when looking back. Other installs from other companies around my unit do not look as professional and I've seen a few problems that other units have experienced. Overall, guy and Lucas did great along with Jonathan and the rest of the support team. I hope they keep it up and have further success.Guy and Lucas were on our job, first time having to deal with trades directly for a project that we initiated. I think in the grand scheme of things, they were excellent techs. I'll chalk it up to inexperience on my end as to how to navigate expressing my requirements while not ignoring their expert opinions on matters. Things got shaky with Jonathan, communication kinda broke down given his personal circumstances. Credit where due, he helped get a system that fit our requirements while staying on budget, but as to figuring out where to place the indoor and outdoor units, that was all on me as to understanding the pros and cons of each choice. It was a bit daunting to navigate this and it would've helped if I had someone with experience to talk to about this prior to the job.Overall, there were hiccups here and there, with some discussion with Chris, Guy, Lucas, Jonathan and Mae, everything was made things right at the end and everything was done on a timely manner.I'm enjoying my system so far, and I look forward to the 1 year maintenance/service call.

Excellent service from Chris. Our furnace stopped working on a coldSaturday night and he was quick to message and provide temporary solutions and came by Sunday to ensure our had heat during a cold snap. He was very professional and highly recommend.

Excellent experience with this company, including with Chris and the techs who did the installation. They very recently installed a new Lennox furnace and Lennox heat pump in our home. The level of professionalism was great. They didn't try to upsell products and there was no pressure. Super friendly, respectful, and flexible on scheduling.TEK provided several furnace replacement options, which were very clearly laid out, and the pricing for each option was competitive with other companies. They did the walk through of the job in advance with me to ensure all items of concern were addressed and planned. TEK also took care of everything for the actual installation including the electrical. Many other companies don't do the electrical and need to call in others at a significant cost. The worksite was properly cleaned up, and Chris provided instructions on how to operate the furnace and heat pump. Further, TEK coordinated the rebate application process, so I didn't need to worry about anything.This level of service was thorough and really appreciated! I would highly recommend TEK to anyone looking for furnace and heat pump replacement or servicing.
