COMMON QUESTIONS
A combi-boiler is designed to do both. Suitability depends on your home’s heat loss, hot-water demand and heating system. A separate boiler and water heater may also be worth comparing.
Tankless means water is heated on demand. The wait at a tap also depends on pipe length and the system design. Ask about recirculation options where appropriate; features vary by model.
The total depends on the selected equipment and the work needed at your home. Gas supply, venting, drainage, piping and controls can affect the scope. Request a quote for your specific project.
Ask us to confirm the current manufacturer warranty for the proposed model and installation, plus any applicable rebate requirements before you buy. Coverage and eligibility vary; no rebate is assumed in a quote unless stated.
